Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Paraprofessional/Teacher Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in Gastonia, NC. This in-person, full-time role supports students with diverse learning needs, reinforcing instruction under teacher direction and aiding classroom management.

Compensation is $20–$25 per hour with benefits including W-2 employment, liability insurance, healthcare, 401(k) matching, licensure/CEU reimbursements, and site mileage bonuses. Eligible after a short waiting period.
