Auburn Union School District in Auburn, CA, is seeking a Paraprofessional Special Education to support students with disabilities in a middle school setting. Under supervision of the site Principal and classroom credential teacher, you will assist with direct services to students in a middle school SDC classroom environment.
The position is 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, 07:55 am - 02:25 pm. Requires High School Graduation or GED, CPR/First Aid, and fingerprint clearance.

This position is under the direct supervision of the school site Principal and with classroom oversight by the credential teacher the shared support aide in a SDC Classroom Mod/Severe Classroom Lower Grades K-5. The position is 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 07:55 am - 02:25 pm. The Paraprofessional Special Education assists to provide direct services to students alongside the special education teacher in a middle school setting.
MATERIALS REQUIREMENTS:High School Graduate/GED and Successful completion of the Instructional Aide Para Exam or 40 college units (AA)Experience working with children with special education needs in an organized setting;Current CPR and First Aid Certification, NCI/CPI Training will be provided. within six month of hire dateCalifornia DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance following initial job offer
