This role provides analytical and administrative support for a national practice handling real estate valuation, appraisal, financial analysis, litigation support, tax planning, and consulting across various commercial assets.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional work experience in a business, financial, real estate, accounting, legal, engineering, or consulting environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (typically short-duration trips).

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated paraprofessional to join our growing Real Estate Consulting and Valuation practice. This position provides analytical and administrative support for a national practice specializing in real estate valuation, appraisal, financial analysis, litigation support, tax planning, and consulting assignments involving a wide variety of commercial real estate assets.

The Requirements

Salary Range: For individuals hired to work in San Francisco, CA, the expected hourly pay is $30-40 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill set.

Benefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire.
