Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques, behavior intervention, and data collection methods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary ABA team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings.
• Perform accurate data collection, session notes, and documentation using the Rethink platform (within 24 hours).
• Track client progress through ABA data collection and behavior tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing RBT supervision sessions.
