knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing reading readiness, as appropriate. Experience working with children; wholesome and understanding attitude toward children; ability to use proper English and communicate well; pleasing personality; willingness to learn and expand general knowledge; ability to take initiative and work independently. Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
