Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Texas is seeking a paraprofessional transitioning to a Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children, implement plans under BCBA guidance, and help kids gain communication and daily living skills.

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.
