Applied ABC is hiring a paraprofessional for the afternoon shift to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our Autism Therapy Center and at client homes in the Manchester, NH area.

The role runs 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with supervision by a BCBA. Ideal candidates have 1 year of ABA experience and a BA or are pursuing related education in psychology, education, or special education. Flexible, part-time hours and hands-on training are provided.

Pay Range: 22$-28$ hourly.

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Para available for afternoon shifts (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday) to provide impactful 1:1 care. This role involves working flexibly between our local Autism Therapy Center and surrounding client homes under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans during peak afternoon hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

• Provide center-based therapy and/or travel to surrounding local home cases with built-in travel buffers.

• Accurately collect and record real-time session data.

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques and professional growth.

• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff and BCBAs.

What We're Looking For

• Availability: Weekday afternoon availability from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM for center and/or home-based cases.

• Experience: 1 year minimum of ABA experience.

• Education: BA in a related field or currently an undergraduate in pursuit of relevant education (Psychology, Education, Special Education, Speech Pathology, etc.).

• Capability: Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a BCBA in dynamic home and center environments.
