Job summary

Qualifications

• 60 college credit hours (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED; UNOFFICIAL ACCEPTED).
• Completed two years (60 semester hours) of college coursework from an accredited institution.
• Passed a state-approved examination of content knowledge and pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Works with small groups of students to reinforce material initially introduced by the teacher.
• Assists with reading, spelling, handwriting, and math.
• Under supervision of teacher, prepares for classroom activities.
• Assists individual children in need of special attention.
• Catalogs and files instructional materials and maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment and prepares orders.
• Performs clerical duties.
• Participates in in-service training programs.
• Assists with the annual inventory of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Completes other assignments as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Have 60 College Credit Hours (TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED, UNOFFICIAL ACCEPTED) or
• Have completed two years (60 semester hours) of college coursework from an accredited institution, or
• Have passed a state-approved examination of content knowledge and pedagogy(Testing Location Ola Copeland Learning Center)

TRANSCRIPTS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED IN PERSON OR UPLOADED DURING APPLICATION PROCESS
