Job Description

The Litchfield School District is seeking passionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team at Griffin Memorial School. Griffin Memorial school serves students in grades Prek-4.

A Paraprofessional will provide supports to students. A paraprofessional may provide one on one or small group supports to students, support students in academic, social and behavioral development and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, foster student growth, and contribute to the school community.

Salary: Hourly rate based on education, certification and experience.

Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year
