Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks Paraprofessionals/PCAs to support students in West Chester and surrounding Chester County schools under independent contractor arrangements. This is a 1099 opportunity with client-based hours in a school setting.

You will assist students one-on-one or in small groups, helping them participate and stay engaged during the school day; opportunities feature weekly pay and flexible scheduling, with growth potential through Delta-T Group's extensive client network.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with children.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with students to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment.
• Provide students with goal-oriented support that fosters independence and the ability to display socially acceptable behaviors in the school environment.
