Mercy Health is seeking a Paramedic Supervisor for Life Flight Network in Waterville. The role oversees day-to-day shift operations, staff supervision, and ensures high-quality patient care and transportation at the Paramedic level.
The position requires 3 years of Paramedic experience, ACLS and PALS certifications, a current paramedic license, EVOC within 6 months, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll support a robust EMS program with strong leadership.

The Supervisor, Paramedic is responsible for the day-to-day operations during the shift including, but not limited to scheduling, handling complaints, supervising all staff, and ensuring proper patient care is provided. Paramedic supervisor will provide medical care and transportation of emergency and non-emergency patients at the Paramedic level of care defined by the State EMS scope of practice.
