Job summary

AMR is seeking dedicated Paramedics for on-site medical coverage at sporting events, concerts, and community gatherings across DeKalb County, Georgia. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to gain diverse event-based EMS experience.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, rapid assessment, and coordination with event staff and public safety partners while maintaining professionalism and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Paramedic license.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
• Ability to meet AMR driving and safety standards.
• Successful completion of background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and non-emergency medical care at events.
• Assess patient conditions and determine treatment and transport needs.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies at sporting events, races, tournaments, festivals, concerts, and community events.
• Monitor event venues and identify potential safety concerns.
• Communicate with event staff, public safety, law enforcement, fire departments, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain medical equipment, supplies, and response units in readiness.
• Comply with company policies, medical protocols, and state regulations.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certifications.
