Job summary

CORE, a national occupational medicine provider, seeks an experienced Paramedic to join the Hampton, GA area. This PRN role offers flexible shifts to support emergency response and onsite medical coverage.

You will administer first aid, assess injuries, and coordinate with treatment facilities and site safety teams while upholding clinical standards.

Candidates must hold EMT-P certification, state or reciprocity, CPR/AED, and prior 911 experience; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Paramedic (EMT-P) state certification and/or reciprocity proof.
• 1st response or emergency 911 experience preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administer basic first aid and medical support per policy.
• Assess injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities.
• Coordinate with client and site personnel on incidents and hazards.
• Uphold quality clinical standards at all times.
• Document findings and treatments clearly.
• Assist Site Safety Managers to maintain a safe work environment.

We are looking for an experienced Paramedic to join our team inthe Hampton, GA, area . This is a PRN position with multiple shifts available.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with federal, state, local and company policy and regulations
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
• Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating a strong orientation towards team work and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated efforts
• Demonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
• Ensuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Documenting all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Conducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances
• Assisting the Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the most safe and secure work environment possible

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Paramedic (EMT-P) State Certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity
• Previous EMT/Paramedic experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees
