Job summary

CSL Plasma in Gilbert, AZ seeks a healthcare professional to evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis, administer immunizations, and provide limited emergency care. You will report to the Center Manager and collaborate with the Center Medical Director to ensure donor safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include donor health assessments, reviewing test results, maintaining accuracy in the donor information system, and communicating with staff about medical issues.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as paramedic, nurse, PA, or physician is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in health care settings preferred.
• Ability to assess donors and explain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Administer and supervise approved immunizations other than red blood cell immunizations.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Collaborate with the Center Medical Director and/or Center Physician as needed.
• Respond to medically related questions from staff regarding donor suitability.
