Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Paramedic License and Driver’s License required.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications must be obtained.
• Driving record compliant with company policy required.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment for advanced care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and loved ones.
• Act as team leader for scene and unit management.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively with all allied health personnel.
• Participate in community programs.
