Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Paramedic for the MHMG Onsite Clinic in Alvin on a night shift with rotating weekends. You will provide emergency medical care under a medical director, perform relevant tests, and assist in clinical operations.

The role requires Paramedic training, BLS/BTLS/ACLS/PALS certifications within 6 months of hire, and at least 1 year of paramedic experience. Strong communication and on-call availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Paramedic training program and required hospital or field training.
• Certification in Basic Life Support, BTLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Licensed Paramedic by the Texas Department of State Health Services or EMT-P.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care at a competent level and per patient needs.
• Responds to emergencies on site and provides medical treatment within scope.
• Performs duties including equipment calibration, pre-physical testing, and vitals.
• Ensures safe care and adheres to hospital policies and quality standards.
• Supports training and acts as a mentor to less experienced staff.
