Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Advanced certifications: AMLS, PHTLS and/or ATLS training.
• Technology proficiency in EMS settings and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and ACLS interventions per AmeriPro EMS protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete all patient care reports in the approved electronic system.
• Operate ambulances safely according to driving standards and laws.
• Maintain ambulance, equipment, and supplies ready for use.
• Communicate with dispatch and partner agencies for patient care transitions.
• Support EMT partners through teamwork and direction.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement to maintain competency.
