Job summary

City Ambulance Service is hiring Paramedics in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Earn pay starting at $77,096/year with a potential up to $132,704/year for 72-hour weeks, on a 24/48 or 48/96 rotating schedule. Join a rapidly expanding team serving multiple Texas stations and provide high-level patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas Paramedic license (or other compact state), have EMS experience, MICU transport experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime is uncapped.

Qualifications

• Texas Paramedic license is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years EMS experience preferred.
• MICU transports experience with IV pump/ventilator/cardiac monitoring.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for emergency and non-emergency transports.
• Assess a patient’s condition and determine treatment per local protocol.
• Provide first-aid or advanced life support as needed.
• Transport patients safely in an ambulance and handoff to hospital staff.
• Document care promptly and accurately.
• Inventory, replace and clean supplies and equipment after use.
• Maintain and clean crew quarters, ambulances and stations daily.
