Job summary

Medical Rescue Team South Authority is seeking a full-time paramedic with ALS certification to join our 24/7 operation in the Pittsburgh area. You will be responsible for providing advanced life support and ambulance transport, driving MRTSA vehicles safely, and completing detailed documentation.

Applicants must be 20 years or older, hold a PA Driver's License, be PA State Certified Paramedic (EMSVO), and pass pre-employment physicals and background checks per MRTSA standards.

Qualifications

Primary Job DutiesProvide advanced life support and ambulance transportationDrive Authority's vehicles in a safe and efficient mannerComplete documentation and record-keeping required by the AuthorityWork ScheduleThe Authority is in operation 24/7/365. All field employees are designated as essential and will be required to report to work during times of emergency and disaster. Management reserves the right to make schedule adjustments as well as assign training days as needed. The workweek is from Sunday to Saturday and employees are required to work on weekends and holidays as needed in accordance with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
