Qualifications

• NREMT or state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at the EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients.
• Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record, capable of operating a vehicle in various conditions.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical and lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated in training as a Paramedic.
• Provide safe transportation and accurately discern street names and addresses for efficient routing.
• Appropriately assess a patient and convey condition to other medical professionals.
• Provide accurate written reports of patient condition, medical history, and treatment.
• Provide documentation for billing information.
• Maintain the vehicle in sanitary condition and monitor all fluids and gauges.
