Qualifications

• EMT-P National Registry or state license currently active or pending.
• Ability to provide medical care at the EMT-Paramedic level while transporting patients.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record in varied weather and traffic.
• Must pass pre-employment interview, physical and lifting exam, and drug screening.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated by Paramedic training.
• Ensure safe transportation and locate addresses accurately during transport.
• Assess patient and clearly convey condition to other medical professionals.
• Prepare accurate written reports of patient condition and treatment.
• Provide required documentation for billing information.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
