Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. is seeking a Paramedic/Firefighter for the Bloomfield-Genoa contract in Wisconsin. The role involves providing medical care and transportation to patients under the Paramedic/Firefighter scope of practice as defined by the state.

Minimum qualifications include a Wisconsin Paramedic License, Wisconsin Firefighter Certification, CPR, 1 year of experience, and a valid Wisconsin driver's license. Metro will provide ACLS and PALS training.

Qualifications

• Paramedic/Firefighter Licenses required or in process.
• Firefighter certification from Wisconsin is mandatory.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS training will be provided by Metro.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and transportation for patients as a Paramedic/Firefighter.
• Operate within scope of practice as defined by Wisconsin DHS.
• Collaborate with municipal contracts for EMS, rescue and/or fire services.

Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. contracts with local municipalities to provide Emergency Medical Services, Rescue and/or Fire Services. Much of our proven success is attributable to the exceptional, compassionate customer service provided by our employees.

We are currently seeking an Paramedic/Firefighter for our Bloomfield-Genoa contract. The starting base annual pay is $70,021The basic function of the Paramedic/Firefighter is to provide medical care and transportation for a patient at the Paramedic/Firefighter level, within their scope of practice, as stipulated by Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

Qualifications

Paramedic/Firefighter Qualifications:

• Wisconsin Paramedic License
• Wisconsin Firefighter Certification
• 1 year experience
• CPR Certified
• 21 Years of age
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• ACLS (Metro will train)
• PALS (Metro will train)
• Successfully completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
