CORE, a national provider of occupational medicine, is seeking experienced Paramedics for the Cheyenne, WY area. Full-time and PRN positions are available.

Qualifications

• Paramedic (EMT-P) state certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity.
• Previous EMT/Paramedic experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees.

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with regulations.
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions.
• Communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating teamwork and understanding of coordinated efforts in changing environments.
• Ensuring quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times.
• Documenting findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
