Job summary

Total Access Urgent Care in the St. Louis area is hiring a Paramedic (EMT-P) for a full-time role. You will work in a fast-paced team, perform IVs, EKGs, splinting, triage, and patient assessment across TAUC locations.

We offer a starting pay of $24/hour, with potential increases of $3–$5/hour within two years based on performance, plus medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits. Shifts are 12 hours, no overnights, three days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Paramedic (EMT-P) certification.
• Full-Time (3 days a week)
• 12-hour shifts (no overnights), alternate weekends, alternate holidays
• Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Practice more skills because you are trained and trusted with a wide scope of practice including IVs, EKGs, and splinting
• Triage patients to differentiate between immediate and less urgent care
• Take patient vital signs and communicate patient needs and patient status to the providers
• Apply splints and wound dressings, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments including sterilization
• Serve as a resource for other clinical staff
