LifeCare Ambulance - Memphis/Mississippi is seeking a Paramedic (EMT-P) to respond to emergency calls, assess patients, administer medications, and perform advanced life support. The role includes mentoring EMTs in training and ensuring high-quality, pre-hospital care in the Memphis area.

The candidate should hold a Tennessee Paramedic license, CPR certification, and have ALS experience, with National Registry and additional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee Paramedic license and CPR certification.
• National Registry is preferred or required.
• ACLS/PHTLS/ITLS/PALS certifications are preferred.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 100+ lbs and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital patient care per local Standing Medical Orders.
• Respond to emergency medical calls and provide ALS-level care.
• Assess conditions and determine treatment plans.
• Administer medications per Standing Medical Orders.
• Perform advanced life support measures.
• Mentor EMTs in paramedic training (1 year experience or Preceptor).
