BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. It collects high‑quality plasma to produce life‑changing medicines. Employees report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform under the guidance of the Center Physician for medical issues. All staff are expected to provide excellent customer service and support operational and medical requirements.
The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) will evaluate donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable results. The specialist works under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Center Physician, is familiar with plasma collection regulations, and follows BioLife Medical Affairs guidance and environmental, health and safety (EHS) support.
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $24.32 – $33.44. The actual hourly wage offered may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Compensation will meet state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Employees can accrue up to 80 hours of sick time annually and 120 hours of paid vacation as new hires.
