Job Description

The Paramedic will be responsible for providing Basic Life Support (BLS) patient care, Advanced Life Support (ALS) patient care, and ambulance transportation.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications

Knowledge:

• Emergency clinical practices and protocol
• Use of medical and related emergency equipment

Georgia Paramedic License required

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and meeting insurability requirements. A minimum of two (2) years of driving experience is required.
