Job summary

The City of Glendale, AZ seeks a Paramedic Education Manager for GRPSTC to oversee the Paramedic Training Program. You will ensure compliance with state and national standards and lead a team of EMS educators to drive curriculum development and quality assurance.

You will coordinate accreditation activities, manage student progression, and collaborate with medical and operations leadership to align clinical training with current protocols and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 5 years EMS education, curriculum development, and program administration experience.
• One year of supervisory or lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, instructional, and operational aspects of the Paramedic Training Program.
• Ensure compliance with ADHS, NREMT, CAAHEP/CoAEMSP guidelines and relevant procedures.
• Lead EMS educators and support staff; develop curriculum, instructional delivery, and quality assurance.
