Job summary

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is seeking a Paramedic (ED TECH) for the Emergency Department on the Evening Shift. This part-time, on-site role supports patient care in a fast-paced environment within a Level III Trauma Center.

Responsibilities include assisting nurses and physicians, monitoring patients, and preparing equipment during 1500-0330 shifts. Oregon EMT-I or EMT-P certification, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months of hire are required. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon State EMT-Intermediate (EMT-I) or EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P) certification.
• Specific departmental training may be required for specific tasks.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and job specific competencies.
• Current BLS and ACLS. PALS required within 6 months of hire.

• Hourly Base Rate: $29.23 - $37.21
• Shift: 1500-0330
• Shift Hours Per Week: 24 hours/week, 12-hour shifts
• SEIU Local 49 represented position
• The Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day and is a designated Level III Trauma Center.
