Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Paramedic to deliver primary care support, perform advanced life support, and assist in stabilizing critically ill or injured patients. You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to gather patient information on arrival or before transport.

You will handle rapid patient assessments, monitor vital signs, operate equipment, and complete documentation. A HS diploma, BLS and EMTP credentials are required, with expectation of adapting in a high-reliability

Responsibilities

• 40% - Primary duties of Paramedic: response, patient assessment, vital signs, monitoring, diagnostics, movement, and medication administration.
• 20% - Maintaining equipment in proper working order.
• 10% - Daily cleaning and weekly disinfecting of ambulances/equipment and station.
• 10% - Report writing and documentation.
• 10% - Safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization environment.
