Job summary

AMR seeks Paramedic Basic Event Medical Personnel to provide high-quality patient care at community events and special venues. You will assess patients, deliver basic and advanced life support within your scope, and coordinate safe transport when needed.

You’ll collaborate with EMTs, paramedics, and event staff to maintain a safe environment, document care accurately, and follow AMR protocols. Ongoing clinical training and a teamwork-driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Paramedic license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• PALS or PEPP certification preferred.
• NREMT Paramedic preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical assessment and treatment at events within paramedic scope of practice.
• Deliver basic and advanced life support, including CPR, airway management, and trauma care.
• Coordinate ambulance or higher-level transport when required.
• Document all patient assessments, treatments, and dispositions in records.
• Collaborate with EMTs, paramedics, event staff, and public safety partners to ensure safety.
• Follow clinical protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness.
• Participate in required training, drills, and continuing education.

• Provide on-site medical assessment and treatment at events within paramedic scope of practice
• Deliver basic and advanced life support, including CPR, airway management, and trauma care
• Determine need for and coordinate ambulance or higher-level transport when required
• Accurately document all patient assessments, treatments, and dispositions in electronic or written records
• Collaborate with EMTs, paramedics, event staff, and public safety partners to ensure event safety
• Follow AMR clinical protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and response bags to ensure readiness
• Participate in required training, drills, and continuing education activities
• Communicate clearly via radio and verbal reports with dispatch, supervisors, and receiving facilities
• Provide professional, compassionate, and culturally sensitive patient care at all times
