Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a paramedic to provide advanced life support care and safe transport for patients within the Wisconsin region. The role requires completing an accredited paramedic training program and may involve shifts across day, evening, and night hours with potential for a sign-on bonus.

Experience with ALS transport is preferred, and candidates must possess state licensure or obtain Wisconsin Paramedic Certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed paramedic training program from an accredited institution required.
• Previous ALS ambulance experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to organize, problem solve, make decisions during emergency situations and work independently.
• Possess or quickly acquire knowledge of the street and highway system within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support care to the sick and injured and safely transport to a medical facility.
• Assist with other services and events as directed by North Memorial Ambulance Service.
• Work within the Ambulance Services Wisconsin Region.
