Job summary

Pafford Medical Services is seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to provide and direct Advanced Life Support for ill and injured patients in the field. You will perform critical assessments, manage EMS equipment, and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities include transporting patients, documenting care, and maintaining professional relationships with responding agencies.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain Paramedic Licensure.
• CPR for the Health Care Provider required.
• ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Good knowledge of local street systems and EMS equipment.
• Ability to perform technical medical skills with accuracy.
• Ability to direct and teach other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Advanced Life Support to patients.
• Recognize medical emergencies and establish differential diagnoses.
• Perform critical physical examinations.
• Transport ill or injured to care facilities.
• Communicate with physicians to obtain treatment orders.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and billing information.
