Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Paramedic certification in Texas required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification required.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day.
• Lead patient assessment and provide advanced life support.
• Administer medications and interpret EKGs as needed.
• Ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Complete patient care reports and related documentation.
