MMT Ambulance is hiring Paramedics for a 24/72 schedule serving Bluffton and Hilton Head. We value compassionate, skilled professionals committed to exceptional patient care and safety.

You will provide BLS/ALS, operate EMS vehicles, document care, and collaborate with a dedicated team in diverse transport settings. Qualified candidates hold current Paramedic certification, a valid driver's license, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic certification/license (state-specific requirements apply).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 125 lbs and operate EMS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and advanced life support (BLS/ALS) within the Paramedic scope of practice.
• Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Deliver competent, compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical and transport settings.
• Apply EMS protocols and procedures in various situations.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare personnel, and team members.
• Document patient care accurately using our electronic charting system.
• Assist fellow EMS providers and provide thorough handoff reports.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct and a commitment to patient care and safety.
