International SOS is seeking a Full-time Day Shift Paramedic to provide emergency medical services for industrial clients in the United States. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct patient care as part of a skilled team. The Paramedic will handle a variety of medical emergencies and support procedures while ensuring patient and family advocacy.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and Texas State Paramedic Certification. This position operates on a 7 day on, 7 days off schedule, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

The Paramedic provides treatment, such as first aid or life support care, to sick or injured patients. The Paramedic will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct and indirect clinical care to patients. The Paramedic will competently function as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient and community-centered care. The Paramedic serves as an advocate for the patient and their family and intercedes on their behalf by acting as a liaison for patients and their families with respect to their rights and beliefs. The Paramedic will utilize their expertise of evidence based medical practice to manage unexpected and emergent situations, to mitigate and treat a variety of injuries and illnesses in a prompt and professional manner.
We are currently staffing for a Full-time Day Shift Paramedic for one of our industrial clients in Sabine Pass, TX. The schedule 7 day on 7 days off 14 hour shifts (4a-6p) for day position and 6 days on 1 day off (5p-5:30a) for nights.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.
