Job summary

Independence Health System Inc. invites an experienced Paramedic to join our Advanced Life Support Team.

You will provide advanced pre-hospital medical care and coordinate transport to the appropriate medical facilities in urgent, time-sensitive situations. Required are a High School diploma or equivalent with completion of a Paramedic program, a PA Paramedic license with CPR/ACLS/PALS/EVOC, Hazmat and ITLS, and a minimum of two years in the field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of Paramedic program
  • Current PA Dept. of Health Paramedic license, Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS, PALS, EVOC, First Response Hazmat, Act 33/73 clearances, and must have attended an Advanced ITLS course
  • Minimum: Two years of Paramedic experience
