Job summary

Superior Mobile Health is hiring Paramedics for full-time and part-time roles across South Texas. You will provide advanced EMS care, perform patient assessments, and operate ambulances with modern equipment as part of a responsive operations team.

Retention bonuses are available for eligible full-time staff, with higher incentives for IBSC-certified Paramedics. Flexible shifts include 12- and 13.5-hour options, day/night schedules, and 2-2-3 rotations, supporting school and personal commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas DSHS Paramedic Certification.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.
• PALS Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced prehospital patient care and emergency medical treatment.
• Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Safely operate ambulances during emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Communicate effectively with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and first responders.
• Utilize advanced life support equipment and monitoring devices.
• Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR).
• Maintain ambulance readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Follow company policies, clinical protocols, and established safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

• Ford Transit ambulances
• Dodge ProMaster ambulances
• Type III ambulances equipped with Power-LOAD systems

Essential Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 150 pounds independently and up to 300 pounds with assistance.

• Ability to perform duties in varying weather conditions and high-stress environments.
