Responsibilities

The Paramedic is responsible for ambulance operations and advanced life support emergency/non-emergency care at the paramedic level in the prehospital and interfacility environments, including during ambulance transport of patients.

Qualifications

NC Paramedic certification. Current certification in BCLS, ITLS, or PHTLS. Current valid NC driver’s license with a good driving history. Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for driving privileges.

Positions available in Moore & Hoke counties.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current NC Paramedic certification
  • Current certification in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, ITLS, or PHTLS (preferred)
  • Current valid NC driver’s license with a good driving history
  • Preference: Two (2) years experience in an ambulance setting
