Job summary

Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service seeks a Paramedic to join a trusted EMS team delivering high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes excellence, compassion, and service alongside dedicated professionals across Mayo Clinic campuses.

Mandatory National Paramedic certification with Minnesota/Wisconsin licensure; CPR/AHA-Health Care Provider; ACLS; PALS within 6 months; valid driver's license and clean record required. 12-hour shifts; union contract basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/baccalaureate in Paramedicine preferred.
• English proficiency mandatory: read, write and speak clearly.
• Nationally Registered Paramedic certification; Minnesota and/or Wisconsin licensure; CPR/ACLS; PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience as a Paramedic as well as an associate or baccalaureate degree in Paramedicine are preferred. Must be proficient in English; must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

Licensure/Certification

Current certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic as well as current Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Paramedic licensure/certification. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification and ACLS. Current PALS certifications or must be obtained with 6 months of hire. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in accordance with Mayo Clinic policy.
