Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate emergency medical care based on established protocols.
  • Administer medications and perform advanced life support techniques as needed.
  • Utilize medical terminology and physiology knowledge to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, including DME (Durable Medical Equipment).
  • Ensure aseptic technique is followed during all procedures to prevent infection.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers in the hospital setting to facilitate patient care.
  • Document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and outcomes accurately in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in emergency medicine.
