Job summary

A leading occupational healthcare provider is seeking experienced Paramedics to join their team in Gallatin, TN. This full-time temporary position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including health, vision, and 401(k). Responsibilities include responding to medical emergencies, administering first aid, and ensuring quality clinical standards. Candidates must have a Paramedic State Certification and strong interpersonal skills. Day and night shifts are available during the contract period from February to June 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have a flexible schedule: Day, Night, Weekend availability required.
• Previous EMT/Paramedic experience preferred.
• Must provide proof of certification reciprocity.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administering first aid and medical support to patients.
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries to prioritize procedures.
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions regarding further action
• Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating a strong orientation towards teamwork and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated efforts
• Demonstrating a strong ability to be cognizant of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards
• Ensuring that quality, clinical standards are practiced at all times
• Documenting all findings and treatments clearly and concisely
• Conducting oneself in a helpful, dignified and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances
• Assisting the Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the most safe and secure work environment possible

• Effectively communicating with client and site personnel regarding any worksite incidents, hazards, etc.
• Demonstrating a strong orientation towards teamwork and the ability to understand the importance of team coordinated efforts

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Paramedic (EMT-P) State Certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity
• Previous EMT/Paramedic experience, 1st response experience or emergency 911 experience preferred

• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus
