Job summary

Jobtailor in Charlotte, NC is seeking an immigration paralegal to support intake and ongoing client communications for active cases. You will work primarily with EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1 and F2 visas, preparing petitions and responses to RFEs, Motions to Reconsider, and Notices of Intent to Deny.

The role requires NC Paralegal Certification and 2+ years of immigration law experience, with strong writing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have NC Paralegal Certification or be in progress towards certification.
• Associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of immigration law experience preferred.
• Solid writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines.
