• Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree (LLB or JD), or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education in related fields (Law, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Administration).
• Combining Education and Experience: Graduate education in excess of 1 full year can count toward qualification requirements.
• For GS-11 level, Specialized Experience: 1 full year equivalent to GS-09 level, involving analytical paralegal or legal work with knowledge of law and court processes.
• Education: Ph.D. or LL.M. or 3 full years of graduate education; or combining Education and Experience as described above.
• ICTAP/CTAP: Priority considerations for eligible displaced employees as detailed in the posting.
