You will serve as a Paralegal Specialist in the OGC GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide legal support services and general administrative support to the Office of Counsel.
• You will assist patent attorneys in the administration of all matters relating to the patent and intellectual property program.
• You will conduct legal research and interpret findings.
• You will draft and prepare a wide variety of letters, memoranda, and forms.
• You will review and edit correspondence.
• You will screen calls and visitors and respond to routine client requests for technical and non-technical information, including the status of cases.
• You will schedule appointments, coordinate arrangements for meetings and litigation hearings.
• You will screen, sort and maintain control of incoming correspondence and actions items.
