The Opportunity:
We're seeking a talented Paralegal to join Mattel's growing Rights Management team within the Legal and Business Affairs group. Successful candidates will be experienced in entertainment and consumer products rights/intellectual property (IP) management, with the ability to execute end-to-end contract and rights management processes. This position is located at Mattel's headquarters in Los Angeles.

The pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $48.00 per hour. The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
