DLA Piper LLP (US) in Atlanta is seeking an experienced paralegal for real estate transactions. You will assist with due diligence, review title commitments, and develop closing checklists, coordinating execution and delivery of documents to lenders, counsel and clients.
The role requires 5 years of paralegal experience with a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate, or 5 years of legal support without a degree.

This position is located in our Atlanta office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or a Paralegal certificate.
Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.
