Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Paralegal to support two attorneys in a busy plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death practice in Miami, FL. The role is fully on-site with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 plus annual bonus and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and coordinating hearings, depositions, and other appointments. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing case files and drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas.
• Ability to schedule hearings, depositions, and other appointments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; E-filing proficiency.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support two attorneys by managing case files and drafting documents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and subpoenas to advance cases.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and other appointments.
• Assist with discovery, trial logistics, and organize evidence.
