Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a legal contracts support professional to assist the PBM contracting team. You will draft and revise contract documents from templates, track revisions with attorneys, and liaise with internal partners to ensure timely intake and administration of open contract files.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a legal, contracts, administrative, business operations, project coordination, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with appropriate guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, tracked changes, comments, and document comparison functionality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex documents.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting versions of legal contract documents from templates for attorney review.
• Process subsequent versions of documents with client or consultant revisions.
• Incorporate comments and edits from internal partners.
• Assist with intake, tracking, and administration of open contract files.
