Our client is one of Orange County's leading plaintiff-side labor and employment law firms, specializing in sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, and wage violation cases. Founded over two decades ago, the firm has built a reputation for delivering large-firm caliber representation to individual plaintiffs and small businesses — backed by attorneys trained at top law schools and prestigious firms, with a track record of strong results in trials, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Client satisfaction, not just monetary results, is central to how the firm measures success.
We are a plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation firm located in Irvine in search of an experienced Paralegal to join the team and support attorneys, staff, and clients in all phases of litigation. In addition to core paralegal responsibilities, this role will also oversee day-to-day office operations and supervise support staff.
The ideal candidate is proactive, knows how to calendar litigation deadlines, has at least 3 years of litigation experience (employment litigation experience a plus), and has a paralegal certificate from an accredited California program. This person should also be comfortable managing people and processes — someone who naturally takes ownership of how the office runs, not just their own caseload. Hybrid remote/in-office work is a possibility for the right candidate with a proven track record.
Pay: $45.00–$55.00 per hour or a salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year
